Looking after your wellbeing

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is affecting everyone’s daily lives, particulary with school closed.  

Regardless of their age, this may be a difficult time for children and young people.  Children can react to events such as this in different ways.  They may feel frustrated because they have to stay at home or they may feel worried about what is happening.   

During this time, it’s important that you take care of your family’s mental health and well being.  There are lots of things you can do to help; a good first step is talking to your child about coronavirus and helping them to understand what is happening and why.
